Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
If you use the prepaid return label we provide, the label fee will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualifies for free shipping, our initial shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund.
Additional Notes:
Returned items must be in resalable condition and the product packaging must be original, undamaged, and unmarked.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Used light bulbs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Due to the fragile and "consumable" nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered.
Exceptions:
International orders (Canada) and final sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Fluorescent tubes are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
How to Return:
Log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and request a return.
Once approved, we will provide further return instructions via email.
Carefully repackage all items and wrap the glass bulbs to ensure they are protected during shipping.
How to Exchange Items:
Log in to your account, select the order, and select "Other" under Return Reason.
In the comments section, specify the item you would like to exchange.
We offer free exchanges (one-time only).
Your return and refund will be processed within approximately 15 business days of receipt.
Please also note the following:
Products must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please allow ample shipping time for your return to reach our facility.
Used bulbs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do not send packages without an RGA number or prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Please repackage all items properly: No refunds will be issued for items received damaged or in poor condition. We reserve the right to determine the condition of returned merchandise after inspection.
If the returned item is in non-resaleable condition (e.g., damaged or missing product packaging, light therapy lamps, or other "opened" items), a 25% repackaging/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Light bulbs returned in non-resaleable condition (e.g., damaged, missing, or marked product packaging) are not eligible for a refund.
If you use the prepaid return label we provide, the label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method.
Under no circumstances will Supmh refund rejected orders.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to purchase with caution. If you have any questions before placing an order, we are happy to assist you!
International and Canadian Orders
We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on international/Canadian orders.
Please note that your shipment may incur customs duties/brokerage fees that are beyond our control. Supmh is not responsible for these charges. We will not re-ship orders returned due to unpaid customs duties or refused shipments. Under no circumstances will Supmh refund orders refused for any reason, including unpaid customs duties.
Damage + Breakage
If your package experiences an unexpected bump in the road, don't worry—we're here to help! Products damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded free of charge. Please send quick pictures of the damage/breakage to Support@supmh.cloud within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and pictures, to file a damage claim. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery, as we cannot replace damaged bulbs after the 7-day deadline.
Undeliverable and Return to Sender
Please carefully check your delivery information during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order. If your delivery address is incorrect or your order is not collected from the post office and is returned, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to have your order re-shipped, you will need to pay the shipping charges before we can re-ship.
Order Edits + Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate order edit requests, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
